Requirements for Exercise

  • You must be dressed appropriately to participate in a workout session.

  • Please be prepared at the start of your session to save time, and maximize your results.

  • Please do not attempt to participate in a session if you cannot devote your full attention to the instruction and practice.

  • You will be expected to follow through on strategies to get in shape that you create with your trainer.

  • Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing to allow full range of motion. Do not wear jeans.

  • You may need to wear supportive clothing for exercise that involves impact such as jogging and jumping.

  • Your exercise gear should be form fitting enough to judge muscular skeletal alignment, proper form, and technique.

  • Exercise clothing is protective and also designed for comfort. Wearing fabric that wicks away and/or absorbs moisture is best for high-intensity workouts.

  • Optional: You may enjoy planning to be ready 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your session, so that you do not feel rushed and you can enjoy your workout. Preparation is fundamental to success. 

Cancellation Policy

  • As a professional courtesy, there is a 24-Hour cancellation policy.

  • If there is not 24 hour advance notice, do not email schedule changes. Please telephone.

  • There is one “24-hour free pass” per package. This pass allows you to cancel ONE session per package due to an unexpected event, disregarding the 24-hour cancellation policy. 

  • Working out is not appropriate nor permitted when you (the client) are not well, or injured. You need your natural resources to recover.

  • In the case of an emergency, physical illness, or injury you must call your personal trainer directly—as soon as possible—to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

  • Do not attempt to workout if you are sick or injured. Your trainer reserves the right to end the session if it is determined that you are not healthy enough to exercise.

  • Packages totaling 40 sessions or less expire one year post date of purchase. Packages totaling greater than 40 sessions expire 2 years post date of purchase. 

  • Class cards only apply to the duration of the series schedule.

  • If this policy is not honored the client will be charged for the session.

Payments and Renewals

  • All Pongo Power Inc. purchases and packages are non-refundable.

  • ACH is our preferred method of payment

  • A credit card option can be made available if needed. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge.

  • We do not accept paper checks. 

  • All packages automatically renew when there are 2 sessions left. You will be notified by email prior to renewal. 

  • If you would like to make changes to your package size, or cancel your renewal, please email bookkeeping@pongopower.com
